Reinforce 3D, Bauer Hockey partner for CFIP-optimized sports equipment

Reinforce 3D (Tarragona, Spain)  has announced a strategic alliance with high-performance sports equipment manufacturer Bauer Hockey LLC (Exeter, N.H., U.S.) that will involve the integration of continuous carbon fiber injection process (CFIP) technology into sports equipment end products.

Bauer Hockey and Cascade/Maverik Lacrosse will be able to take advance of Reinforce 3D’s composites technology to optimize part strength without compromising integrity or weight, achieving durable, high-performance equipment for every athletic discipline.

“Our mission at Reinforce 3D has always been to take any part to a new level of performance,” says Reinforce 3D CEO Blanca Garro. “Partnering with Bauer Hockey allows us to demonstrate the true potential of our CFIP technology and 360-degree solution in high-performance applications.”

With this agreement, Reinforce 3D, Bauer Hockey and Cascade/Maverik Lacrosse plan to launch a new line of CFIP-optimized sports products in the coming months. This new range will include the parent company as well as any of its subsidiaries to offer high-performance elements.
